Guidance Services

The Guidance Website features our programs and services, and how to avail of them; resources for self-help, mental health services near the school community, and career information. Moreover, it will serve as the Guidance Team's platform for announcements regarding ongoing activities. Click on this link --> Guidance website
Guidance Appointment Form-This form shall be used for the purpose of setting an appointment for Distance Consultation/Conference with the Branch Guidance Counselor or Associate. Once you have completed and submitted this form, an email requesting for your confirmation of the date and time of your appointment for a one-hour session shall be sent to you.

Tips when Reporting a Problem
  • Require for screenshots from the student encountering the problem
  • Be as detailed as possible when reporting a problem. Include steps done prior to encountering the problem.
  • For those with device problems, be specific on the device being used and the account being used with the device.
