Fueled by Change is an interview documentary following Stephen Diomar Gabriel, a once carefree and average student who discovered a greater sense of purpose and determination.

After moving to the Philippines and transferring to APEC Schools Dasmariñas in 9th grade, he adapted to a new environment and uncovered a hidden drive for student leadership. He shares how he took the initiative to step up and lead, realizing the support his peers needed.
