On September 14, 2024, APEC School Bacoor kicked off its first Club Day for the Academic Year 2024-2025, symbolizing an exciting milestone in extracurricular activities and sparking students’ passions. Together with their facilitators and advisers, each club discussed their missions, visions, goals, and plans for the school year's first quarter. Clubs ranging from Amplify, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Sports, E-Games, and the newly introduced Debate Team showcased their uniqueness, sparking excitement across campus.
Earlier in the day, the Visual Arts Club started with the election of new officers and quickly transitioned into creative activities. The room became a space for artistic expression, where students were encouraged to channel their thoughts and emotions into their work. Armed with pencils, brushes, and paper, each student used their art to reflect their feelings and perspectives. The club embraced various artistic styles, from simple pencil sketches to vibrant paintings. The room buzzed quietly with focused energy as the students worked on their projects, fully absorbed in their tasks.
The students showed enthusiasm at the Performance Arts Club in Room 201. The club formed groupings to show their talents in under one minute at 11:00 AM. A group captivated the audience with a stunning dance performance to Blackpink's "Forever Young," another group moved the crowd with a heartfelt rendition of Daniel Caesar and H.E.R.'s "Best Part." As each group stepped forward, cheers and applause echoed throughout the room, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and support. The fun and vibrant vibes were contagious, making the event a display of talent and a celebration of creativity and teamwork.
With the bustling noise of the Multifunctional Room, the Sports Club assesses its goals and plans for this year. Students were divided into teams according to their sport, with each group eagerly discussing their strategies and objectives. They began assigning positions and crafting their missions and visions, building a solid foundation for their future games. One of the teams, like the Basketball Team, held an energetic meeting led by Sir Peter Garro, contributing to the productive noise that filled the room as athletes planned and collaborated.
