My journey as a clinician began with a deep desire to understand my own dysfunctional Hispanic family and how it impacted my mental health struggles. Growing up in San Antonio, TX, I earned my Psychology degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2016, followed by a Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2021. Throughout my education, I gained hands-on experience working at a Domestic Violence Shelter, a Community Mental Health Clinic, and Substance Use Treatment centers.

After earning my master's degree, I spent three years as a Therapist at a residential treatment facility. While I’m incredibly grateful for the experience, I realized that I wanted to focus more on individual work. In 2024, I launched my private practice to deepen that focus and provide personalized care to those in need.

Outside of work, I’m a proud boy mom, wife, and pet lover. My family enjoys spending time outdoors, having game nights, and simply relaxing together. Personally, I’m an avid thrifter, a crime podcast enthusiast, and a cheesy romance novel reader.I’m also a certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher and aim to meditate and stretch daily—progress, not perfection. I integrate somatic and holistic practices into my therapy to help you feel grounded, empowered, and supported in your healing.
