About Us
I am a licensed psychologist who has been working in the field of mental health for over 30 years and have been practicing in the Lexington, KY area for the past 19. Concerns that I can address with you range from "problems of living" and life transitions to psychological disorders that cause significant impairment. Anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, substance use/addictions, past trauma, autism spectrum, identity concerns and relationship issues are areas in which I have considerable experience. I also provide couples therapy.
My clinical work is flexible and incorporates a number of approaches. At the heart of my work is a spirit of collaboration and a desire to meet individuals where they are.
