I am a licensed psychologist who has been working in the field of mental health for over 25 years and have been practicing in the Lexington, KY area for the past 19. If after reading this site you feel that my services may be a fit for you, please email or call for a free initial phone consultation or to make an appointment.
Concerns that I can address with you range from "problems of living" and life transitions to psychological disorders that cause significant impairment. Anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, substance use/addictions, past trauma, autism spectrum, identity concerns and relationship issues are areas in which I have considerable experience. I also provide couples therapy.
My clinical work is flexible and incorporates a number of approaches. At the heart of my work is a spirit of collaboration and a desire to meet individuals where they are.
