PARTICIPATION IN REGULAR EDUCATION PROGRAM - SPECIAL EDUCATION

The school department has adopted Maine Special Education Regulations Chapter 101 5.1-5.14 and 9.2 for the procedures it will use in complying with 300.550-300.552 Least Restrictive Environment .

The types of alternative placements that are available for children with disabilities and the number of disabled children within each disability category who are serviced in each type of placement are provided annually to the Maine Department of Education, Division of Special Education on the EF-S-05 Enrollment of Exceptional Students (P.L. 101-476 I.D.E.A.) and EF­ S-07 Request of Subsidy Allocation of Tuition and Board for Exceptional Children.
