PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT - SPECIAL EDUCATION

The school department shall endeavor to implement and use the Maine State Comprehensive System of Personnel Development, as applicable to the local school unit. Toward that end, representative shall participate in meetings scheduled by the Department of Education for the school unit to address its obligations under the Comprehensive System of Personnel Development. A school administrator shall be designated to receive and review material from the Department of Education regarding implementation and use of that Comprehensive System.
