ORGANIZATION OF INSTRUCTION
Students will be primarily responsible to classroom teachers. The instructional and non-instructional services which are provided by special personnel in each school will be brought into the educational program in a manner determined by the principal and by the Pupil Evaluation Team (PET) process.
All classroom teachers, all special instructional personnel and all special non-instructional personnel in each school will be primarily responsible to the principal.
The principal is primarily responsible to the superintendent for instructional and non-instructional services and will have authority for all activities in a given school.
Other supervisory staff are responsible to the superintendent for special programs within the school system.
