DEVELOPMENT OF REGULATIONS

The Board shall delegate to the superintendent the function of specifying required actions and designing the detailed arrangements under which the School Department will be operated.

Such rules and detailed arrangements shall constitute the administrative rules governing the Department. They must be in every respect consistent with the policies adopted by the Board.
