UNEXPIRED TERM FULFILLMENT/VACANCIES

A vacancy on the school committee shall be declared when the term of office of a member expires, when a member changes residency from the municipality, upon the death of a member, or when a member resigns.

A vacancy may be filled by the school committee within 30 days or by election at a town meeting called for that purpose.
