About Mrs. Metivier

My husband, son, and I live in Winslow. I went on to the University of Maine at Farmington for my degree in teaching. I started my career in Title 1 at WES, and then I moved onto Fifth Grade. In my free time I love to read, paint, and go on walks or go biking with my 5 year old son. I also love going to the beach! One of my favorite beaches that I go to every summer  is Popham Beach.

In our house we have three cats! Their names are Splash, Clover, and Luna. I talk about them often in my classroom! They all love to nap in the sun, watch the birds and chipmunks in our backyard, and play with cat toys.  Splash is the cat in the pictures above.

This is Clover and Luna. They are both about one and a half years old, and enjoy running around, playing in carboard boxes, and talking!
