This program is to be used once in a lifetime for major needs. It is a comprehensive service from start to finish. Eligibility: Applicants must lack adequate income to pay for dental care and: 1) Have a permanent disability, or 2) are elderly: age 65 or older, or 3) qualify as medically fragile. All services are donated.
