Penquis Regional Administrator Support System (PRASS)
PRASS administers the recertification processes for practicing school administrators, excluding teaching principals, within school districts belonging to the Penquis Regional Administrative Support System (PRASS). PRASS is formally designated as the authorized body to oversee and recommend administrativecertificate renewals to the Commissioner of Education.
All newly issued administrative certificates and every renewal of an existing administrative certificate are subject to Title 20-A, Chapter 502, S/S13019-I.
