Module 8: What Can I Do?

In the face of climate change, we have a collective responsibility to protect our planet and secure a sustainable future for generations to come. Together, we can embark on a journey towards a healthier, less carbon intensive, and more sustainable world.

Ultimately, the driving force behind ocean acidification is the large quantity of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere by human activities. Our oceans are currently facing change due to the amount of CO2 already in the atmosphere, but we can work to avoid advanced effects of ocean acidification by reducing carbon emissions. One more time, for those in the back: Reducing carbon emissions is critical.

Here are some empowering actions that we can each take to reduce carbon emissions and address climate change. Pick one and give it a try!
