Senior and juniors cadets will encourage and mentor younger cadets in community service; each cadet will complete at least eight hours of community service per month.
Cadets will extend Awareness Presentation Team/APT mentoring to our local community middle schools to render educational pathways and ROTC opportunities at all levels (High Schools & Colleges)
All junior and senior cadets will lead by example and demostrate excellent citizen traits. Motivate all cadets to build a strong corps through LDRs also cadets will participative (recruiting and retention) in Leadership Development Requirements (LDR) and on campus activates. Participating in 2 recruiting event each month to increase AFJROTC participation
Cadets will maintain a 95% attendance rate, pass all their classes, show up on time to all events, and graduate on time
Unit leadership will mentor our first-year cadets to provide them with information awareness, proper wear of the uniform, discipline, respect, and strategies to focus on academic success as well as encourage cadets to focus on higher education through informational awareness and ensure graduation timeline.
