FREE festival and resource fair for youth and young adults challenged with homelessness, substance abuse and/or mental health challenges, finding a job, access to education, re-entry after jail, violence, abuse, bullying, homophobia, transphobia, racism, transphobia, homophobia, being taken advantage of or other difficulties,
