Listed below are some frequently asked questions and answers provided.
What are the next steps?
Currently, your main focus at this time is obtaining your state life and health insurance license. This begins with completing the licensing course. The sooner you complete the course, the sooner you are able to obtain your license.
Do I need to attend the AO Meetings?
The Business Builder, Ladies Rising, and Master Class meetings are not required, please do not attend them at this time. Your primary focus should solely be obtaining your license. These meetings are targeted towards licensed agents, not pre-licensing candidates. The only meeting I recommend you to attend is Monday's Study Tips and Tricks Meeting held by Brittney Dudycha.
When will I sign my contract?
Once you have obtained your life and health insurance license, you will sign your contract (includes information on benefits, setting up direct deposit, union and stock options, etc.)
How long is the pre-licensing course?
The pre-licensing course is self-paced. On average, it takes about 5-10 days to complete the licensing process. Most states require a certificate of completion, therefore, you will need to complete the entirety of the course before taking your state exam. Please keep in mind the 5-10 days is an average number, so if you take longer to complete the course, it is not an issue as long as you properly communicate with us. One important thing to note is that the ExamFX course will expire after 30 days.

Am I able to extend my ExamFX course? How do I extend the course?
Yes, you are able to extend your pre-licensing course. There will be an extension fee which is approximately $40 for a 30-day extension. To extend the course, go to the ExamFX's home page, select 'User Log In', select 'Insurance Courses Log In', and enter your email/password. Under the course name, select the option 'Extend Course Access', and fill out the required information. After extending your course, please forward me the extension confirmation.
After completing the licensing course, will there be training? Is training paid?
There will be a 5-10 day training that starts every Monday upon your completion of the licensing process. Training will cover all aspects from calling leads, running appointments, and typing benefit applications. There is no base salary/hourly pay during training. During your training period, you will have the opportunity to earn income as an appointment setter. Meaning, you will get paid per appointment generated as well as a commission split on your booked appointments that were enrolled by your direct trainer.
