Who is it for? 誰の為?

Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) is for all G4-12 parents, students and teachers at A-JIS.

What does it do? 何の為?

Canvas LMS is an online platform used at A-JIS for planning and delivery of learning for Grade 04 to Grade 12.

What can I see? 何を見れるのでしょうか。

How do I get my username and password? ユーザーネームとパスワードを受け取るにはどうすればよいですか。

You will receive an email containing instructions for setting up your account for the first time. 

What should I do if I did not receive a Canvas LMS account?

1. Send a mail to: parents.ict@aobajapan.jp (English or 日本語)
    a. Include the following information:
  • your name
  • your child's name and grade

2. After confirming your personal details, our technical team will email you log-in credentials
3. Follow the log-in steps included in the email you receive
4. If you experience technical difficulties please send a mail to: parents.ict@aobajapan.jp (English or 日本語)

Help! I forgot my username and/or password.

1. On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” 
2. Enter your primary email address and click “Request Password”
3. An email will be sent to you, including a link to set your password 
4. After setting up your password, log in to your account using the procedure above. 
5. If you experience technical difficulties please send a mail to: parents.ict@aobajapan.jp (English or 日本語)

How can I change my email address or add another one?

1. When logged in to your Canvas LMS account, navigate to Account > Settings
2. When editing your "Settings" Page, you will be able to: 
  1. Add (an) additional email address(es)
  2. Change your Default Email Address
