Registration Procedure

Step 1: Log in using your ANU EMAIL ADDRESS & the CURRENT PASSWORDStep 2: Setup Authentication Phone.Select COUNTRY and enter your AUTHENTICATION PHONE NUMBER.Then choose either to get a CALL or a TEXT from Microsoft in which you will receive the validation code. Click VERIFY after receiving the code.Click FinishSIGNOUT of the Registration page.N\B: Registration is done ONCE!

Reset/Unlock Procedure


Step 1: Enter your USER ID (School Email Address) and enter the characters in the provided picture then click “NEXT”
FOR OPTION ONE (I FORGOT MY PASSWORD):Step 1: Go “NEXT”VERIFICATION Enter COMPLETE PHONE NUMBER and click “TEXT”Enter VERIFICATION CODE sent to your phone and click “NEXT”Enter “NEW PASSWORD” and “CONFIRM THE NEW PASSWORD”Click “FINISH”
FOR OPTION TWO (I KNOW MY PASSWORD, BUT STILL CAN’T SIGN IN):VERIFICATION Enter COMPLETE PHONE NUMBER and click “TEXT”Enter VERIFICATION CODE sent to your phone and click “NEXT”

To RESET your password select OPTION ONE

To UNLOCK your password select OPTION TWO

Password Requirements

  • Password length must be 8 and above characters
  • Must contain a mix of upper case, lower case, numbers (and/or special characters).
  • Cannot be part of your name.
  • Not a previously used password
