Administration Team

Elida J. Martinez is the Campus Director at Antioch University Santa Barbara (AUSB). With over eight years of experience in management roles, Elida oversees AUSB’s facilities and campus operations, safety matters, and commencement logistics.

Elida has been with AUSB for two and a half years, following her role as the Director of Facilities & Safety and as Office Manager at a local non-profit for six years. Her dedication to creating a safe and efficient campus environment is complemented by her educational background, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. To further her career and expand her leadership skills, she is currently pursuing an MBA degree through Antioch University Online.

Her skills and expertise include exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, a positive demeanor, empathy toward students and faculty. She believes in integrity, respect, collaboration, and empathy as core principles guiding her professional and personal life. Outside of work, Elida enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and going out for drives in nature settings.
