Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better by stopping by my web page. Telling you about myself is an honor because I truly feel like I have a very blessed life.

I am beginning my 19th year of teaching here at Anson Middle School. I have taught numerous grade levels and subjects. My favorite is Reading. It is so much fun to explore a new adventure with my students through a good book.

My family is large, busy, and full of love for one another. My husband of 16 years, Dan Collier, and I have 6 children ranging in ages from 27-9. We have two college graduates, one in college, a freshman in high school, and eighth grader, and one in forth grade. We love the crazy life we share!

Teaching is the best profession in the world! I thank God everyday that He chose me to help nurture and grow the children of our future. The students become my kids. I make it my goal every year to notice, meet the needs of, and challenge my kids. Their confidence and success guide every decision I make in my classroom.
