Students in 9th-11th grade recently had the opportunity to engage with a representative from the National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC). The NSLC provides summer programs held at prestigious universities across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
During this informative session, students discovered how these programs enable them to explore various career paths, enhance their leadership skills, and make well-informed decisions regarding their educational and future aspirations.
We thank the National Student Conference for visiting our campus and speaking to our students. For more information visit their website Link here.
This past week, our French class held an exciting meeting to discuss the upcoming trip to France from February 1st to February 15th.
A group of French Art students will participate in an exciting exchange with Victor Hugo High School in Gaillac, France. Hosted by French families, they’ll immerse themselves in French culture, enhance their language skills, and explore life in a multicultural environment.
Their journey will start in Paris, with visits to iconic landmarks, before heading to Gaillac for a week of classes at a local school, cultural activities, and a “Nicaraguan Evening” showcasing our traditions. Excursions in the Occitanie region will deepen their understanding of French art and history.
This transformative experience will foster independence, global citizenship, and lifelong connections, preparing our students to excel in a connected world.
Bon voyage, future ANS ambassadors!
In our World History classes, students are immersing themselves in the rich legacy of the Ghana and Mali Empires as part of their study on Pre-Colonial Imperialist Africa. Utilizing advanced AI platforms, they are uncovering the significance of these empires and their enduring impact on geography, culture, economy, and history.
AI is revolutionizing education by providing dynamic tools that offer instant access to information, diverse perspectives, and interactive learning experiences. By integrating AI into our curriculum, we foster curiosity and encourage deeper understanding, making history come alive in engaging new ways.
At ANS, we embrace technology to enhance education, empowering our students to connect with the past while preparing for a future shaped by innovation.
