This week marked the beginning of the end of an incredible journey for our Seniors at ANS - their last first day of school!
We couldn't be prouder of how far you've come. Many of you have been part of the ANS family since Kindergarten, growing into remarkable individuals. The core values you've nurtured here, within our community and your families, will always be a part of who you are.
As you embark on your final year, we wish you a memorable and transformative experience that prepares you for your next great adventure. We can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll achieve! Here's to a fantastic last year! Once a Tiger, always a Tiger!
This week we introduced our innovative PAW (Personalized Advanced Wednesdays) and CLAW (College/Career & Leadership Advancement Wednesdays) programs.
Designed specifically for our 6th and 7th graders, the PAW program aims to ignite passion and nurture skills for future success. Each week, students delve into three elective workshops of their choice, alongside a required Book Club session. This balanced approach allows students to explore various interests and develop essential skills, fostering their academic and leadership potential. From arts and technology to language and sciences, PAW offers a broad spectrum of workshops, each led by dedicated professionals.
Our CLAW program is dedicated to career and leadership development, targeting older students, 8th through 12th grade, ready to take the next step toward ethical leadership in a global world. Every Wednesday, they engage in three specialized courses, each under the guidance of credentialed and experienced professionals. These courses span critical categories of College & Career Preparation, ensuring that our students receive top-notch education aligned with leading institutions and reputable organizations.
PAW:
Elective Workshops: Students choose 3 from various options.
Required Book Club: Encourages reading and critical thinking.
CLAW:
College & Career Preparation Core Courses: Three mandatory classes, touching on career guidance, leadership skills, and ethical decision-making.
Real-World Relevance: Both programs integrate real-world applications, preparing students for academic achievements and leadership roles.
Professional Guidance: Courses are taught by industry experts, ensuring high-quality education.
Balanced Learning: Combines freedom of choice with structured learning, promoting personal and professional growth.
We are incredibly proud of our students' enthusiasm about these new programs and are confident that PAW and CLAW will be powerful tools in shaping their futures.
