Pathways & Kindergarten:
Growing Leaders
Big Questions Day is our Primary School program designed to foster community, wellness, and student agency. From Kindergarten to 5th grade, students explore their interests, build connections, and discover their potential through a variety of dynamic activities such as yoga, cooking, and science experiments. Students have the autonomy to design their day, selecting from various studios including art, music, innovation, drama, and reading at the library.
All students participate in our “Observe and Wonder Science Lab,” where they use science and engineering practices to seek answers to their big questions through phenomena-based learning.

Today, our 5th graders actively participated in a presentation about the ANS Discipline & Engagement system. This session aimed to ensure a smooth transition from Primary School to Middle School by clearly explaining our expectations for student behavior.
We covered:
School behavior expectations
How the engagement tracker system works
The purpose of the behavior referral form
Types of violations and consequences
The students were very participative, showing their eagerness to understand and follow our guidelines. This proactive approach helps maintain a positive and respectful school environment, supporting our students' success as they move forward.
In this session you will utilize relaxation techniques and strategies to enhance self-awareness skills at home and learn methods for conflict resolution aimed at fostering these skills.
Gain valuable insights into how ANS supports and guides your children at school with clear behavioral expectations, engagement and discipline system.
