The AASCA Arts Festival is an exciting event that brings together students from American schools across Central America to celebrate art, music, and drama. The ANS delegation features 27 talented students, including 15 from the Concert Band, 7 from the Strings Ensemble, and 5 from the Visual Arts program, each contributing to a vibrant showcase of teamwork and artistic expression.
The Concert Band students will unite with peers to form a Jazz Big Band, rehearsing intensively for a spectacular final performance. Similarly, the Strings Ensemble will collaborate in a String Orchestra, while two groups will also have the opportunity to perform individually at the concert.
Meanwhile, visual arts students will create a large-scale painting inspired by one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which will be displayed during a special art gala. The festival not only highlights artistic talent but also emphasizes cultural exchange and the joy of creation.
On Nov. 27th we will have a Music Pep Rally to celebrate our talented music and art students. We will welcome everyone back from the AASCA Arts Festival, where our talented middle and high school students celebrated the rich performances of art and music!
From Nov. 20th to November 23rd, students gathered to present their artistic talents, participate in vibrant performances, and engage in workshops that highlighted diverse musical traditions.
Let's come together at our Music Pep Rally on Nov. 27th and celebrate our talented musicians and artists!
Get ready for an exciting Spirit Week (Dec. 2nd- Dec. 6th) filled with fun and creativity! Embrace your unique style on Fashion Disaster, where the wackier your outfit, the better—think mismatched patterns and clashing colors!
Character Day encourages everyone to embody their favorite fictional characters, showcasing individuality and imagination. Next, Tourist Day transforms the school into a global hotspot, with students wearing fun shirts and sun hats to celebrate a love for travel. Decades Day allows students to step back in time, dressing in styles from their favorite eras, fostering nostalgia and fun. Finally, Sports Jersey Day unites the school as students proudly wear jerseys from their favorite teams. Let's have some fun during our school wide Spirit week!
