Insurance not in network with TLN? NO PROBLEM!
If your insurance is not in network with TLN, you can pay out of pocket, and submit your bill to insurance for reimbursement*
-Virtual Consult: $25 per 15 minute increment.
Example: 45 minute consult = $75
-In home consult: $150 + Travel Fee (see map)
If you are not in network with TLN, you will be given a "superbill" to submit to your insurance company. While the Affordable Care Act mandates lactation services be covered by insurance companies, SOME insurers use loopholes to try to get out of reimbursement. Anomaly Lactation Services will give you the paperwork you need, but cannot guarantee reimbursement nor refund costs if your claim is denied.
