How to join Seesaw as a student

This is a only a sample copy. Please ask for the learning code from IT Support and follow the steps accordingly.
Please remember to register your child with Seesaw using the SCHOOL email address that was sent out for Teams. Be rest assured that your provided email address will work correctly even if it asks for a gmail account. When parents are requesting access on Seesaw for family access, one email cannot be used twice.

• How do I install the different apps/platforms on my devices? 1) Microsoft Teams - Please refer to the PDF file attached above- on Installing Microsoft Teams. The Microsoft Teams app is available on computers, smartphones and tablets. 2) Zoom - In cases where Zoom is utilised, a website link will be sent to you to access the live lesson. There is no need to sign-up/login 3) Seesaw - Seesaw can be accessed via https://app.seesaw.me/#/login on the website or as an app on smartphones and tablets. How to get into Seesaw will also be shared by the class teacher when class starts on Thursday.

• Can I still use my old Microsoft Teams account from last year?

New login details will be provided to all students (new and existing) for this academic year. Kindly logout of your old account and use the new username and password provided by your class teacher. The new username and password will apply for the rest of the academic year. Since Microsoft Teams can be logged in on multiple devices, please ensure that you have logged out of all devices (if you have an existing account from last year) before signing in with your new login details. This is to ensure a smooth online learning experience for your child.

• I am unable to login on Microsoft Teams.

Please log out of your old accounts (if any) and ensure that you are using the correct username and password provided to you for this academic year. Please check that you have turned off special characters (e.g. unikey, VNI) on your keyboard to avoid mistakes when keying in your password. If the above does not work, please uninstall and install Teams again to get the latest version.

• My camera/microphone function does not seem to work on Microsoft Teams.

• I am still having trouble with Microsoft Teams, who can I contact?
