Music Experience
Erin is a 2016 Centennial graduate and is thrilled to be back as the full-time Collaborative Pianist for ACHS Choirs. She is a versatile musician with 20+ years of experience in classical piano, composition, and music theory. She started taking piano lessons in the second grade and it took no time at all for her to fall in love with the art form! She has taught piano, voice, and theory privately for several years. She also serves as a contract pianist for churches throughout the metro. This year, Erin is collaborating with Centennial's curricular choirs, show choirs, show bands, and will be accompanying band students for Solo & Ensemble Festival.Â

What is your guilty pleasure music?
Disney movie soundtracks!
Why do you accompany HS choir?
I love working with high-school aged students! There is no limit to the amazing work they can do (and they're pretty fun to spend time with, too). It's such a dream come true to get to make music and collaborate with talented, friendly, and funny students for work every day.
Where can you be found in your free time?
At my home piano! Or-- on my couch playing video games or watching movies.
Random fun fact?
I hiked over 40 miles of the Colorado Trail in the summer of 2021 and have spent multiple summers camping in the Boundary Waters. I love the outdoors!
