Dear Parent/ Guardian:

Spring sports practices and competitions will begin soon. Before a student may participate in practice or competition, he or she must have an athletic physical performed by a physician, chiropractor or nurse practitioner. Athletic physicals are valid for twelve months from the date signed by the practitioner.

Beginning July 1, 2019, sports physicals need to be uploaded into a website called rSchools (https://ankeny-ar.rschooltoday.com/) rather than being turned into the activities office. The activities office will not accept any hard copies of athletic physicals.

Before you begin the registration process, you will need to have an electronic copy of your student's completed physical form. If you do not have access to a scanner, you or your student may bring the completed physical form into the activities office and a staff member will scan and email your student’s physical to you. The activities office does not have the capability of uploading forms into rSchools for you.
