On September 2, 1990, the Colegio Anglo Español began with the preschool and primary levels. Let's not put aside that it was all thanks to the great effort and dedication of our principal, Miss Alia Lorena Ibarra Ávalos, after 6 years the secondary level was created, giving our principal determination and motivation to take the next step, which it was to open the high school, at this point she had already gone through various situations. Now the problem was, where would she build the high school? As time passed, Eng. León Zaldívar arrived to offer our director a piece of land, and after several days of thinking and planning it, Instituto Universitario Anglo Español construction began.

The first group of high school was in a secondary school classroom, where the first coordinator began, Miss Judith Chaidez, over time there was a change of coordinator in 2001, who was Miss Luz Elena Gardeazabal, who helped the growth of our high school, opened the doors of the institution to new opportunities for students, marked the lives of students, teachers and collaboratorsand saw it many generations to enter and graduate until 2019, when our current coordinator, Professor Jahyro Ignacio Rodríguez García, started.
