It is important we keep an eye on the social emotional health of our students in order to promote their achievement and well-being. This weather check allows them to quickly and quietly tell you how they are feeling (less that 5 minute activity). If you couple it with one of the gratitude initiative activities, you may even have data to see if thankfulness is making a difference. 👇
Speaking of weather.... Make sure you and yours get your daily dose of Vitamin D. It helps with mood stabilization and other factors of emotional health. The sun is a great source, so get outside when you can! (...but don't forget your sunscreen)
