Job Summary:
As a Cleaning Crew Member at S & J CleanSweep, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our customers' properties. You will work as part of a team or independently, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
-Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
-Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
-Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
-Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other cleaning materials.
-Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
-Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
-Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and team members.
-Transport cleaning equipment and supplies to and from job sites.
-Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned, including carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and upholstery cleaning (if applicable).
-Adhere to time schedules and complete assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
Qualifications:
-Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
-Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
-Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the specific job requirements.

CAB Worldwide is searching for an exceptional detail oriented and technically inclined person with blueprint reading skills on machined parts, to become its Materials Control and Estimating Technician r in Nacogdoches, Texas.
CAB is a global engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management business that provides precision machined steel, iron and aluminum cast, forged and fabricated components and assemblies to original equipment manufacturers and distributors. Headquartered in Buford, Georgia, CAB has manufacturing and distribution operations in Texas and Washington and engineering and quality assurance offices in India and China, as well as distribution operations in Europe, Canada and Mexico.
The right person will be trained to estimate manufacturing costs on steel pipe flanges and will be engaged in procurement of raw steel plate and forged materials. A strong candidate will have the opportunity to expand their role in the organization and build a long term career.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be comfortable working with all levels of operations personnel, customers, suppliers and executive management.
Core Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates on flange costs using pre-established templates
Obtain outside estimates on raw materials for estimating purposes and for manufacturing materials needs.
Effectively utilize Microsoft Office 365 including using Excel.
Monitor imported goods inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for overseas goods.
Maintain manufactured and import item cost sheets for distribution to sales team
Oversee packaging, labeling, export documentation and shipment preparation activities.
Assist management with special projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in costing, raw materials purchasing or other detail oriented work requiring a high level of accuracy.
Experience working within a steel product manufacturing environment preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Easy going and pleasant personality comfortable with a variety of people.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and especially Excel
Strong work ethic and proactive approach
Desire to work on a small team in a high-standards environment with all levels of operations and management
Experience reading engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation preferred.
