Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team of 10 dedicated professionals. This position reports directly to the Senior Advisor Assistant and plays a vital role in delivering outstanding client service and operational support. Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication
- Serve as the second line of communication for client inquiries and requests

Qualifications
Required:

What you will do:

OBD (On-Board Diagnostic) and CAN (Controller Area Network) tool use, experience, and understanding to troubleshoot system issues.

Ensure the customer’s motorhome is returned to them as clean as it was prior to service.
What are we looking for?
