Strategic Coaching Support
for Teachers and School leaders
for Teachers and School leaders
From November 1st to December 20th
There are two kinds of Meetings
Today's Meetings. We use Google Meet or similar. They start at the given time. The coach may or may not allow you to join depending on the ongoing conversation, if someone else has joined the conversation before you 😀
Future Bookings. You may book a meeting some days in the future using Calendly, or similar. You will then use the video conferencing service, for example Zoom, as chosen by the coach 😊 When booking please let the coach know the type of meeting you wish to have. Meetings may be: conversations, coaching sessions or coaching practice.
"I would like to have a small group coaching practice session with you."
"Can we have a conversation about coaching in schools and you tell me where I can get good coach training at a reasonable price."
"How do you use coaching in your school?"
"I want to learn more about coaching. Where do I start?"
Results from 2018 onward. Teachers love being asked powerful questions and their answers being heard without criticism. They quickly learn how to do this for their colleagues, their students and themselves.Â
From one coaching session, teachers can discover that the coaching skill set overlaps the teaching skill set and complements it - giving them the self-leadership they have been seeking.Â
Transformations begin with a single step - in a different direction.
We are certified, experienced coaches and offer, at no cost, *non-directive coaching to teachers and school leaders, with our deepest gratitude.
*safe space + powerful questions + active listening

Our letter to Daniel AlabiÂ
Daniel Alabi is authentic, kind and knowledgeable.Â
We met on a learning journey when we at Teachers who Coach were designing our website. Daniel helped us understand more about Google sites. He generously reached out when we called for help. He guided us through the many widget options that had been challenging and confusing us. He brought us clarity in a few well-measured communications.
We are grateful for his generosity and support.
As we part company and walk our own ways, we wish Daniel good fortune as he continues to look out for coaches who want to take their business to the next level.
