My name is Carl and I am the owner of Woodfarm Barns and Woodfarm Barges. Woodfarm is a Dog-Friendly Holiday Cottage and Barge business, based in sunny Suffolk and we really embrace having well-behaved dogs come to stay. The dogs have a lot of freedom when they join their owners on a visit to Woodfarm.

You don’t have to have dogs to come and stay with us but it’s definitely where we’ve built our reputation.

Established in 2009, I started the business with the aim of providing high quality accommodation that embraces dogs. We accept up to three dogs in each cottage and barge, and the cottages have fully enclosed, very secure gardens, as well as fully enclosed, secure 2 acre meadow for socialising and exercise.

We have hundreds of Five Star reviews on TripAdvisor, Facebook and Google so don’t take our word for it, check out what our guests have said. We seem to have struck the right balance between being dog-friendly and keeping things really clean and well-maintained for humans.

We’ve been on The BBC and ITV, as well as in The Times and Dog-Friendly Magazine and a number of other doggy related publications.

We have choices for romantic breaks, as well as family or friends get-togethers. We do short and long weekends, as well as midweek breaks and full week holidays.
