Project BossaNova: real-time retail analyzing system for product out-of-stock and plug-in detection. Lead a team to develop dense object detection algorithm for packed retail environments. System is deployed in robots operating in the stores of world's largest retailers.
Project ULTRON-FaceID: robust pose invariant face recognition system with advanced 3D modeling. Developed unconstrained face detection algorithm with robust performance for occluded, low-resolution, and off-angle faces in the crowd. System is deployed in land, air entry/exit surveillance programs.
