I looked at Isaac's lesson on how to create a Google Slide. Since it's a lesson focused on a digital task, I appreciated that he made a video that naviagted each step thoroughly online. His tone was really friendly and conversational, and I think that would be welcoming for younger kids as well as adults. If I were making a Google Slide for the first time, this would be a really useful tool to introduce me to it.Â
One critique would be the pacing. There were times where it felt like things were moving quickly, and other times where it felt like there was a longer than usual pause. I'm not sure if a script was used when filming the video, but I think it might be helpful to write one out that incorporates the length of pauses between segments and such.
