FEA Analysis
Performed static structural analysis of chassis to bear the inertial loads.
Two mounting configurations were analyzed:
Config 1 - Using two L brackets to mount a single motor onto the 8020 Profile
Config 2 - Using one L bracket to mount a single motor onto the 8020 Profile
OUTPUT
Maximum total deformation and equivalent stress developed in the chassis is analyzed for the two mounting configurations.
Total deformation seen in both cases is well below acceptable limits.
Maximum equivalent stress developed in chassis is well below the yield strength of aluminum.
