The goal of a technical interview is to assess a candidate's technical skill set, theory, and knowledge and/or their ability to think critically, solve problems, and/or design within their technical field. In a technical interview, an employer evaluates if a candidate has/is able to demonstrate the skills required for the specific role. This evaluation may occur through challenges, assignments and/or interview questions.
