Failure to properly report a listing status change to Heartland MLS shall result in a $50.00 fine. These changes and the time limits for reporting are as follows:
Contingent Contract on file = 1 day
Show for Backup = 1 day
Pending sales = 1 day
Closing of a sale = 10 day
Back on Market (Active) = 1 day
Extension of listing = 1 day
Cancellation of pending listing = 1 day
Cancellation of a listing agreement = 1 day
Temporarily Off Market = 1 day
Withdrawal of a listing = 1 day
Price Change = 1 day
Yes a form has to be done when and status changes are needed

Public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs, digital marketing on public facing websites, brokerage website displays (including IDX and VOW), digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications available to the general public.
