New Student Enrollment Procedure
1. Complete the online PowerSchool Enrollment
2. Complete the Westside High School Enrollment Form
3. Complete the School Bus Registration form if bus transportation is required
4. Call our Counseling Office at 864-260-5230 ext. 80110 to schedule an appointment with our registrar to finalize student enrollment.
Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 3:00pm.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
Parent/Legal Guardian Picture ID (custody paperwork, if applicable)
Withdrawal Form from Previous School
Unofficial transcript or the last report card from previous school if your student is an incoming 9th grader
Student's Legal Birth Certificate with Seal - Must be long form with parent names. A mother's copy or a hospital copy is not acceptable.
SC Certification of Immunization - All immunizations must be recorded on a SC Certificate of Immunization. The Anderson County Health Department provides this service. Call 864-260-5541 for an appointment or for more information.
Proof of Residency - Please bring two acceptable documents (mortgage statement, lease agreement, or utility bill (electric, natural gas, water, cable, or landline phone) to verify your place of residence. A cell phone bill is not acceptable.
Affidavit of Custody or Affidavit of Residence (if applicable; more information below)
Do any of the following special situations apply to you?
Affidavit of Custody - due to changes in living arrangements, the student is now living with another parent or guardian.
An Affidavit of Custody form needs to be completed and submitted to the Office of Student services at the Anderson 5 District Office (400 Pearman Dairy Road). The affidavit must then be brought to your appointment with our registrar.
Affidavit of Residence Affidavit of Residence Spanish Version - complete this if the student and parent are living with another individual.
An Affidavit of Residence needs to be completed and brought to the appointment. Both the parent and the individual who owns or rents the residence needs to attend the appointment with our registrar. Both the parent and the individual need to supply a picture ID as well as the two proofs of residence.
