Mrs. Sammons' Class

Welcome to 3rd Grade!!

I'm Hannah Sammons, and I'm so excited to be your child's teacher this year! Our school truly is a special place, and I feel blessed to be part of such a wonderful school community! This will be my thirteenth year teaching in Anderson 5. Most of my experience is in third grade, but I’ve also taught fourth grade. I graduated from Clemson University and had the honor of being a Tiger Twirler while studying Elementary Education. Go Tigers!

I recently celebrated my eleventh wedding anniversary with my husband, Blaine, and we have two daughters: Emma (8) and Harper (5). They are both such blessings! Both of our girls attend Midway and love school so much! We have lots of pets at our house: a Giant Schnauzer, 2 Guinea Pigs, and 22 fish. 

In my free time, I enjoy shopping, watching holiday baking shows, and spending quality time with my family. We love to bake yummy treats, play board games together, and spend time outside.

I can't wait to meet your child and get to know your family. We have lots of adventures awaiting our classroom this year!
