Meet Mrs. Gilreath

Welcome to 1st grade at Midway Elementary! My name is Ashley Gilreath. This is my 20th year teaching. I was born and raised in Anderson. Prior to coming to Midway, I taught at Whitehall Elementary and North Pointe Elementary. My husband and I have an 18 year old son and a 14 year old son. We have two Labrador retrievers named Clyde and Sam.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Resources at Anderson College. I worked with Mental Health for a year before returning to education. I received my Early Childhood Education Certification from Clemson University. I completed my Master’s degree in Classroom Leadership at Southern Wesleyan University.
