About me

My name is Amanda Eubanks and I am one of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) at Midway Elementary School. I also serve as Anderson 5's Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) Specialist. For this role, you may see me across the district!

I grew up in Sarasota, FL and attended Florida State University for my bachelor's and master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders. This is my 14th year as an SLP and I have worked in many settings , including inpatient and outpatient rehab, acute care, and within the schools. I have worked with people throughout their life spans. All this variety has allowed me to hone in on what I am most passionate about - enhancing every student's communication so they are able to communicate to express wants and needs, form and maintain meaningful relationships, and participate in their lives! 

My husband and I have lived in Anderson for about 12 years. We have two kids, Afton  and Wilder, and a rescue pup named Meg.  When I am not here, you may find me in the garden, crocheting, cooking, camping,  kayaking, and spending time with my family.
