Volunteer Coordination Team Lead

• Distribute volunteer recruitment form at the beginning of the year to collect general volunteer interests

• Organize information given by potential volunteers

• Work with the Executive Board and Special Events Chairperson to determine volunteer needs for each event

• Draft communication to community for volunteer recruitment, reminders, information

• Assist Communications Chair with thank-you letters, if needed

• Ensure volunteers are cared for during events

• Recruit new members at the beginning of each year
