At Anchor of Peace, I provide comprehensive mental health and substance use evaluations for teens and adults. These evaluations are designed to give you a clear understanding of your current challenges, strengths, and treatment needs.
During an evaluation, we’ll explore your emotional health, behavior patterns, and substance use history (if applicable), as well as any contributing factors like stress, trauma, or life changes. The goal is to create a personalized, actionable plan that supports your mental wellness and recovery journey.
Evaluations can help with:
Identifying symptoms of mental health conditions
Understanding substance use patterns and risks
Guiding treatment recommendations for therapy, counseling, or additional support
Every evaluation is conducted with compassion, confidentiality, and a nonjudgmental approach, giving you the clarity and support you need to move forward with confidence.
At Anchor of Peace, I provide individualized therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use challenges, and major life transitions. Therapy is a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment, and work toward meaningful change.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll identify your goals, build practical coping skills, and develop strategies to improve emotional well-being and resilience. I combine evidence-based techniques with a faith-integrated perspective when desired, helping you find tools and insight that fit your values and lifestyle.
Therapy can help you:
Reduce stress, anxiety, or depressive symptoms
Heal from trauma or difficult life experiences
Navigate relationship challenges and life transitions
Develop coping strategies and healthy habits
Gain clarity, confidence, and a sense of balance
Every session is grounded in empathy, respect, and confidentiality, giving you the support and guidance you need to take the next steps on your journey. I use a range of therapy techniques including CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and others.
At Anchor of Peace, I provide clinical supervision for aspiring and practicing mental health professionals, including social workers, counselors, and addiction specialists who are working at agencies that are unable to provide clinical supervision.
My supervision is designed to support your clinical growth, enhance your skills, and ensure ethical and competent practice in alignment with licensing board standards. You do not need to be employed by Anchor of Peace to receive supervision.
Supervision sessions are collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your professional goals. Together, we will:
Review case conceptualization and treatment planning
Explore challenging clinical situations
Develop practical skills and evidence-based strategies
Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards
I strive to create a supportive, enriching environment where you can gain confidence, sharpen your clinical judgment, and grow into a competent, compassionate professional, whether you're just starting out or expanding your expertise.
