By 1 hour prior to start of Summit:
1. Launch Bubble Pop on Google Play. If this link does not take you directly there, then just go to music.google.com and look for it and let it play. Pin Tab.
2. Open https://sites.google.com/amtechnology.org/appsevent-summit/home if you don't have it open already. It should auto play every 10 sec, you can use the expand button at bottom to make it super big. Hit ESC to go back to reg screen.
3. Lower music 5 minutes before make a brief announcement that you are going to begin at 9am but please refer to the schedule, show the slide with the link so they can get to it before the event begins.
4. Open at sharp time. The schools should begin with their opening statements, they will thank local sponsors so be sure to have the slides ready to show while they are doing so. When they are finished return to podium and thank them for hosting, all their hard work, ask all of the speakers to stand up and give them around of applause for hard work in preparation. Please remind people that the SCHED has everything, be sure to open the session description at the beginning of every session and access resources and please complete EVAL at the end of each session. Remind them that we have closing session activities here today at 3:30 and a networking party at 4pm. Then, introduce they keynote. Be prepared to give a short bio (use their speaker profile to help you prepare) and they can fill in the blanks.

1. Gather all speakers up front and open the SCHED up to speakers page. Give each speaker a frisbee or ball to toss. Then let them know that each speaker is going to introduce themselves and ask someone who was in their session(s) today to share something they are fired up about. (in your words). As each delegate shares the speaker does the Frisbee or ball toss.
2. Introduce your new partner, Mobile Mind. Open the Mobile Mind link. Tell the audience that we are 100% committed to providing the best possible PD for our delegates and we know we cannot be there all the time that is why we partnered with a reputable online pd provider that can help keep the momentum going. 3. Open the ACER page. Now, for the next HURRAH, ... we all like prizes, right? We'll we know that and have a great partnership with ACER who creates the best Chromebooks and we are giving away one of their PREMIER Chromebooks the ACER R11 with Gorilla Glass, Flipable, Touchscreen etc. (shoe it while you are talking). 4. Last, but not least, we are going to play a little GAME (high stakes, haha) but we have prizes! No speaker participants please, just attendees. It's a Kahoot game so you need to download/open the Kahoot app on your phone OR just go to Kahoot IT to get started. Open the Kahoot game and get the code up, run the game.
