Constitution

Requirement Met for NCOE: 

• A Constitution and/or set of bylaws exist and are used to govern the council 

• Each Council member recieves a copy of the consitution/ bylaws, and a copy is available on the web or in the school's media center where others may review the documents 

• Evidence of review, changes, or updates to the constitutions or bylaws, or munites from a meeting of the officers or a consitution/ bylaws committee. - GOLD
