Important Details

For Golfers!

• Registration opens at 8 am

• Opening Ceremony is at 8:45 am

• Shotgun Tee Off is at 9 am

• Dress code is collared shirts and no jeans!

• There will be games to play before teeing off!

• Breakfast will be served at Registration (Donuts)

• Lunch will be served at the turn (Grilled Hot Dogs)

• Dinner will be served in the pavilion at the end (Barbeque)

• Mulligans and Skins will be available for purchase along with numerous games on holes (Most games are $20 per team)

• Raffle and 50/50 tickets will be available for purchase

• For those who have not paid, you must bring payment with you to complete registration

• We can accept cash or online payment for the various available activities

For Volunteers!

• You must sign in when you arrive - please go to the Pavilion

• For all-day volunteers: Please arrive by 7:30a

• Opening Ceremony is at 8:45 am

• Shotgun Tee Off is at 9am

• Dress Code: T-Shirts will be provided, no sweatpants please!
