ABOUT THE ROSICRUCIAN ORDER
The Rosicrucian Order, which exists throughout the world, is a non-sectarian fraternal body of men and women devoted to the investigations, study, and practical application of natural and spiritual laws.
The purpose of the organization is to enable everyone to live in harmony with the creative, constructive cosmic forces for the attainment of health, happiness, and peace.
The Order is internationally known as the Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis and, in America and all other lands, constitutes the only form of Rosicrucian activities united in one body. AMORC (an abbreviation) does not sell its teachings. It gives them freely to affiliated members, together with many other benefits.

On behalf of the Rosicrucians in California, I welcome you.
In the Golden State, site of the first Rosicrucian expedition to the New World in 1602, we are honored to have Rosicrucian Park and the Grand Temple of AMORC for the English Language jurisdiction for the Americas, and wonderful Affiliated Bodies and Discussion Groups up and down the whole of our State.
Throughout California we have activities for everyone (please see individual calendars for details)
The Grand Temple and most local groups have activities and meditations open to the public.
Neophyte Members are also welcome to Atrium and Pronaos Convocations where offered.
Members in the Temple Degrees are also welcome to Lodge Convocations, and to Degree Forums where offered.
For members in their Temple Degree studies, Initiations are available as you move through the Degrees, at the Grand Temple at Rosicrucian Park in San Jose and in Hermes Lodge in Los Angeles.
In addition, there are special season rituals, some public and some for members only, and many other occasions to gather. Please contact the individual groups or send an email to: california@amorc.rosicrucian.org
Our State motto is "Eureka!" (ancient Greek for "I have found it!"). I pray that each one of us will have that "Eureka!" moment of clarity when we find that which we seek in the depths of your innermost heart.
It is truly Gold, but far beyond what the '49ers of yesteryear sought, it is the alchemical transformation of ourselves into truly mystical, spiritual Gold.

ABOUT THE TRADITIONAL MARTINIST ORDER
The Traditional Martinist Order is an Initiatic Order rooted within the Western Esoteric Tradition whose teachings come from the writings of Louis Claude de Saint Martin and his teachers Martinez de Pasqually and Jacob Boehme. Its beautiful teachings and rites instruct us in how to achieve the act of living harmoniously within the Way of the Heart.
The following topics are included in Martinist study: Alchemy, Angelology, Cycles of Humanity, Dreams and Visions, Kabbalah, Mystical Symbols and Numerology.
While all Martinists are encouraged to particpate in the Initiatic Work that takes place within a Heptad or Atelier, the Traditional Martinist Order also offers a Home Oratory Program for those who may prefer this method of study.
